Coming to the aggrieved policyholders' issues, here is an instance of one of our employee who had a health insurance policy from a renowned insurance company for many years. He was timely paying premium but due to some personal issues he couldn’t pay it for one month. He even missed the grace period. Unfortunately, his policy lapsed and he came to know about this when he applied for his hospital claim and it got rejected.
